New Patients

Another aspect of the phone back service offered by our specialist nurses is to call new patients who have been given a lot of information on treatment options or test results.

The nurses recognise that a clinic situation is often a difficult and emotional time for patients and their families and that they frequently think of all of the questions that they really wanted to ask after they have left the clinic.

The nurses will call patients at home in order to offer support, reassurance and and explanations in a comfortable and more familiar environment.
